Beneath the canopy of moon and stars
Two silhouettes can be seen afar.
On a night so cool and fair.
Saw the man with gazing awe.
One marked thy mildly pensive beam
At this dead still and hallowed hour;
I watched the fitful, lonely gleam
That played on yonder wailing tower
The other I see you full, my love
With shoulders gleaming bare and white,
And stately head in rev'ry bowed,
U Lean from your balcony above
On my veil of shadowy Glow
Sleepless nights
And gloomy days
Starless skies
Yet moon stays.
Lonely and friendless
Does your heart ache?
Hurting, you still beam
Just for my sake.
Moon scatters the grace
,Beyond the skies.
Can you see the devotion
In my eyes?
You are so far away,
like the one sitting in the sky.
Yes,so far away,yet so near.
But what i saw my eyes cant perceive.
With a sleepy smile upon your lips
under the midnight glow
Of the moon that shines upon your face
is the love you come to know
The secrets and the passion,the thoughts within your head
Lead you to the dreams we share
together in our bed.
Making love at midnight
sharing thoughts and fears,
Whispering together
sweet nothings in our ears
As we lay together under the stars
our bodies gently entwined
Suspended in the midnight glow
caught somewhere in time.
Our sweet love materialized
as from a mage's wand,
flowered and took root
beneath the fairy tale moon,
But as the sun stars and the moon haze
My life turns into a snuggling race
And my heart cries out please please
still let the dreamer dream?
But I’m alone once again in the dawn
But When I close my eyes...
I can see your face..
My heart calls out, wanting you with me in this special place.
.I can feel your arms holding me tight..
I long to snuggle close and feel all my fears take flight
In the silence and shadows I feel you near
U were the moon I soo wanted near
For u remained when the other disappeared
One of the God and the other of the Goddess
For Earth’s got One Moon,
I’ve got TWO..!!
